French giants Paris Saint-Germain are set to embark on a major spending spree, according to France Football.
Former Inter boss Leonardo has just been appointed the general manager at Parc des Princes and he will try to use his connections to lure some of the brightest young talent to Paris.
New Qatari owners are prepared to allocate Leonardo significant funds this summer as they expect him to build a side capable of challenging for honours on both domestic and international stage.
France Football reports that Leonardo is ready to move for Santos midfielder Ganso and Lille winger Eden Hazard.
However, he doesn’t plan to stop there as the Brazilian also wants Adel Taarabt, Keisuke Honda, Mauro Zarate and Luisao.
PSG will first move for Benfica defender Luisao as they are set to face the Eagles in a pre-season friendly.
