Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of signing Mohamed Sissoko from Juventus and Salvatore Sirigu from Palermo, according to France Football.
Just three days after Jeremy Menez, Milan Bisevac and Blaise Matuidi arrived at Parc des Princes, the Saints could complete two more big name signings.
As France Football reports, the French giants have already agreed a €7 million transfer fee with Juventus for midfielder Momo Sissoko, with the deal set to be completed later today.
Sporting director Leonardo wanted to sign another defensive midfielder following the retirement of Claude Makelele and the departure of Jeremy Clement, and he believes Mohamed Sissoko will form a great partnership with fellow new signing Blaise Matuidi.
On the other hand, the Brazilian also wants another keeper to fight with Nicolas Douchez for the place between the sticks, and the recent reports suggest Palermo’s Salvatore Sirigu is nearing the switch to Parc des Princes.
PSG have reportedly agreed to pay Palermo €3.5 million for the Italy international, who will sign a four-year deal with the Saints.
