Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-Sung says he has not received any offers from Turkish champions Galatasaray.
The 31-year-old South Korean’s future has been attracting plenty of speculation following a disappointing 2011-12 season with the Red Devils where he became a fringe member of the squad.
Turkish newspaper FotoMac claimed earlier this week that Galatasaray were interested in Park, who has a year to run on his Old Trafford.
The report mentioned details such as an annual salary of 2.7 million euros as well as a 3.5-million-euro transfer fee.
Korean automobile manufacturer Kia Motors were reportedly behind the move as they seek to increase their interests in Turkey, however they have since distanced themselves from the reports.
Park, who is currently in Thailand for his charity foundation’s Asian Dream Cup, told reporters he had no official offer from the Istanbul club and wanted to finish his career at Manchester United.
“I haven’t received an official offer. It is always a good thing for a player to be wanted by a team, though,” Park said.
He added: “I know I can’t stay in the team just because I want to, but I still harbour hopes of retiring with Manchester United.”
