Manchester United are keeping close tabs on Borussia M’Gladbach winger Patrick Herrmann, according to Bild.
David Moyes has announced his intention to watch the Bayern v Borussia M’Gladbach match on Friday as he is set to make a check on a couple of targets.
And while the Bavarians stopper Dante is clearly on his radar, Bild has learned that the Scottish manager will also be watching die Fohlen star Patrick Herrmann.
The 22-year-old is regarded as one of Bundesliga’s most exciting players and nobody is surprised he has caught the eye of Europe’s top clubs.
Despite his fragile age, the Germany international has already featured in 113 Bundesliga matches, scoring 19 goals in total. The youngster has managed 3 goals and 5 assists in 17 league outings this season.
And even though he has all but ruled out a January exit from Monchengladbach, chances are that Herrmann would seriously consider any offer that arrives from Old Trafford.
