Things in Major League Soccer are becoming increasingly interesting, as the off-season has rolled in. After Seattle Sounders won the MLS Cup in early November, the clubs all around the league started doing their business in preparation for the new 2020 campaign. It will start in March next year, but the franchise that will have the most ground to make up is Inter Miami.
The new franchise is set to start competing and they are still building their squad ahead of their inaugural season. But they will also need a coach and the club that is partially owned by David Beckham could go for Patrick Vieira. According to CBS Sports, Vieira is one of the targets in Inter Miami’s coaching search, as three and a half months before the season they still do not have a solution.
Vieira is in his second season at OGC Nice in the French Ligue 1, but the team is sitting in 15th and CBS Sports are not excluding the possibility of the Frenchman returning to the United States, following his stint with New York City FC.
