Pau Lopez agrees Real Betis deal

Spanish media outlet ABC is reporting that Espanyol goalkeeper Pau Lopez has reached an agreement to join Real Betis in the summer.

The highly rated shot-stopper is out of contract in June and he appears to have decided to move to Estadio Benito Villamarin.

According to reports, Pau Lopez will sign a deal until June 2023, becoming a part of club’s ambitious project.

Real Betis have seriously reinforced their ranks over the last year or so and the heavy recruitment looks set to continue.

Following some impressive performances at Espanyol, Pau Lopez has been identified as a someone who can become the number one goalkeeper in years to come.
