Paulinho tipped for Serie A move

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho is being linked with a summer move to Italian Serie A, where AS Roma are reportedly keen, Il Corriere dello Sport has learned.

Having secured Champions League qualification, the Giallorossi plan to seriously reinforce the squad in the summer, with Jackson Martinez, Juan Manuel Iturbe and Davide Santon just some of the names on their hit-list.

Il Corriere dello Sport has suggested that Roma are also showing interest in Tottenham star Paulinho.

The Serie A side officials have already established contact with the Premier League club and they are hoping to wrap up the deal in the coming weeks.

And with Paulinho set to star for Brazil at the 2014 World Cup, Roma are keen to finish the job ahead of the tournament finals.

The Giallorossi have now won seven Serie A fixtures on the bounce and they are priced at 5/4 to extend the run against Fiorentina.
