Catalan daily newspaper El Mundo Deportivo has learned that Barcelona forward Pedro Rodriguez is pondering a January exit.
The 26-year-old has fallen behind Neymar and Alexis Sanchez in the pecking order and is reportedly hoping to leave the club in the near future.
According to El Mundo Deportivo, Pedro has told his teammates that he has some contacts in England, which is enough to suggest he is planning a January move away from the club.
The only problem is that Barcelona are not prepared to sell the player who has a contract until June 2016 and a release clause worth €150 million.
However, with Pedro desperate to keep his place in the Spain squad ahead of the 2014 World Cup, the Catalans may be forced to cash in on their prized asset.
The talented forward has made a total of 14 La Liga appearances this season and has scored 7 goals in the process.
