The pick of the Wednesday’s fixtures in English Premier League will see improving Tottenham Hotspur take on title contenders Manchester City at White Hart Lane.
Spurs are looking to get revenge on the Citizens for the 6-0 defeat in the reverse fixture and are priced at 3/1 to make it five league victories on the bounce.
Meanwhile, Manchester City can finally climb to the top of the standings with Arsenal failing to beat Southampton on Tuesday, but Manuel Pellegrini is wary of in-form Tottenham Hotspur.
“The results say they have improved a lot. They have won the last four games. I saw the last two games they played and they are playing very well,” the Chilean said.
“It was a good lesson against Watford in the FA Cup at the weekend that we must pay attention at the right moments.”
Manchester City remain 19/20 favourites to claim maximum points at the Lane and the return of David Silva and Alvaro Negredo is likely to provide an additional boost.
Sergio Aguero is expected to start his first Premier League fixture since 14th December with Edin Dzeko likely to partner him up front.
Andros Townsend and Erik Lamela are missing for Spurs, but Jan Vertonghen, Younes Kaboul, Sandro and Paulinho have all resumed training.
