Colombian striker David Ferreira scored on a penalty kick in the 75th minute to lift FC Dallas into a 2-2 draw with UEFA Champions League winner Inter Milan on Thursday.

Inter went 1-1-1 on the pre-season North American tour under new coach Rafael Benitez, beating England’s Manchester City 3-0 in Baltimore and losing 3-2 to Greek champion Panathinaikos at Toronto.

Argentina’s Diego Milito headed in the opening goal for Inter in the 25th minute but the Major League Soccer club equalized in the 42nd minute on a header from US defender George John.

Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’o slammed in a 30-meter kick in the 63rd minute to put the Italian club ahead but Inter’s Marco Materazzi took down Dallas substitute Jeff Cunningham in the penalty area and Ferreira converted into the upper right corner.
