Pochettino comments on Grealish talk

“Look there are plenty of players we are related to. It’s difficult to take about rumours and names.

“We will see what happens in January.”

While this isn’t much to go off of at all, this is the response of Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino when he was questioned about the possibility of Jack Grealish signing for the club. The Aston Villa star was believed to be on the verge of joining Spurs back in the summer, but the deal wound up falling through.

Now, though, with January being right around the corner, the rumours have flared up once again to the point where many fans are convinced that Grealish will make the switch.

The youngster is considered to be one of the best players in the Championship, and he’s spent the last few years as Villa’s best player by a comfortable margin – which means there will likely be a few complicating factors if he does end up exiting.
