According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Mauricio Pochettino is being considered by Bayern Munich as the potential new boss at the German club. The former Tottenham Hotspur manager was sacked by the North London side after a string of poor results this season which has left them languishing down in 14th. However, many top teams around Europe feel the same as most Spurs fans, in that they don’t feel like Poch was given the kind of treatment he deserves at the club.
There has been no contact between the two parties up to this point, but he is certainly on the shortlist when it comes to who Bayern wants to bring in.
The popular Argentine has a determined, attack-minded way of playing that led to a lot of success for him at Tottenham, and the hope is that he’ll be able to help guide Bayern back towards the top of the European game.
