According to The Express, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino will be given £100 million to spend during the January transfer window in the wake of a disappointing summer. Spurs failed to sign a single player during the last transfer window, which many viewed as a potentially season-defining mistake. Alas, they’ve fared pretty well for the most part in the Premier League thus far, and it appears as if the boss will finally be given the funds necessary to try and make it right.
Tanguy Ndombele, Oliver Burke and Eric Bailly have all been listed as potential signings for Spurs, as they aim to secure their place in the top four and preserve their Champions League status in the process.
A number of injuries have highlighted their need to sign a few more players, with some fans choosing to target Poch himself as one of the reasons why they’ve had shortcomings. Nonetheless, if this report is to be believed, then better times are surely ahead for the North London club.
