World Cup winner Lukas Podolski is heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates, reports Bild.
Following the recruitment of Alexis Sanchez and return of Theo Walcott and Joel Campbell from injury and loan respectively, Arsene Wenger is spoilt for choices in the final third, and he is ready to allow the German forward to leave this summer.
Even if he has another two years left on his current contract, Podolski is well aware that his first team chances are severely limited, and he appears prepared to explore other options.
Turkish giants Galatasaray have emerged as favourites for his signature, with new boss Cesare Prandelli likely to do some shopping in the final days of the summer transfer window.
Clubs from Spain, Germany and USA are also showing interest, with the player’s agent Nassim Touihri confirming his client is not short of admirers.
“There have always been inquiries. Now we have concrete interest from some teams,” Touihri confessed to Bild.”
Lukas Podolski, 29, has scored a total of 19 goals in 53 Premier League appearances since joining Arsenal from FC Koln.
