Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski is reportedly closing in on a summer move to Galatasaray, according to Sport Mediaset.
The Germany star will return to the Emirates when his loan spell at Inter Milan comes to an end, but chances are he will not see out his contract that runs until June 2016.
Sport Mediaset understands that long-term admirers Galatasaray are finally set to succeed in their quest to lure Podolski to Turkey.
The Germany international will undergo a medical in Istanbul next week ahead of signing a lucrative contract with the Turkish giants.
After enjoying a great start to his career in England, Lucas Podolski largely struggled for playing time at the Emirates this season before he was loaned to Inter Milan.
And having also failed to prove his worth in Italian Serie A, the 29-year-old is ready to embark on a new challenge and attempt to kick start his career in Turkish Super Lig.
