According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is likely to leave the club during the summer transfer window later on this year. It’s been no secret that Pogba’s potential exit from Old Trafford has been on the cards for a while now, but there has still been some uncertainty as to when it was going to happen – and where he’d be going.
The two most notable clubs in the running continue to be Juventus and Real Madrid, both of whom are currently in talks with Pogba’s advisor, the always controversial Mino Raiola.
United are keen to keep Pogba on the books until at least the end of the season, mainly because they have a real lack of depth in the middle of the park right now. Beyond that, though, it seems like a virtual certainty that he’ll return to Juve or test the waters with Real.
