The relationship between Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Paul Pogba has deteriorated amid rumours of the Frenchman’s potential move to Real Madrid this summer, according to Le Parisien as relayed by AS.
The midfielder recently expressed his belief that playing for the Spanish giants would be a “dream” for any player, and with Real looking to rebuild their team following a disappointing season, reports of his possible move to Santiago Bernabeu have become frequent.
For his part, the Manchester United manager doesn’t think Pogba will be moving anywhere. He considers Pogba as a player with the ability to run big games and he cannot see him playing anywhere else next season.
However, the French outlet say Pogba wants to leave and that the downfall of the relationship between him and his manager opens the door to a possible exit from Old Trafford.
United have dropped to sixth place in the Premier League and they stand a good chance of missing out on Champions League football next season.
