Polish starlet in high demand

Portuguese newspaper O Jogo understands that Benfica, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are all showing interest in De Graafschap forward Piotr Parzyszek.

The Eagles appear to be leading the chase at the moment as they continue to monitor the player’s performances with a view of luring him to Estadio da Luz next summer.

However, Benfica are well aware of the competition they face from Ajax and PSV Eindhoven, with the Dutch giants also believed to be keen.

The 20-year-old has spent his entire professional career at De Graafschap, but it looks as though he will be joining a bigger club in the near future.

Piotr Parzyszek has already bagged 28 goals in 50 league appearances for the club, and has been likened to Klaas Jan Huntelaar for his style of play.

The youngster has been in scintillating form this season, netting no less than 15 times in just 18 league appearances.
