Spanish newspaper Diario de Avisos has revealed that FC Porto have all but agreed to sign Spanish forward Ayoze Perez from Tenerife.
The 20-year-old is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Segunda and he has recently been linked with a number of Europe’s top clubs.
However, Diario de Avisos has learned that he already has an agreement in place to join FC Porto at the end of the season.
The Dragons have been keeping close tabs on the talented footballer since November and they have reportedly had an offer for his services accepted some two months ago.
Under the terms of the agreement, Tenerife will be due around €1 million plus various performance related bonuses and 15% of the future transfer fee.
Ayoze Perez, who has scored 10 goals in 22 league appearances this season, will have an excellent opportunity to continue his development at one of the best clubs for young players in Europe.
