FC Porto are negotiating a deal for Corinthians midfielder Bruno Cesar, according to the player’s agent.
The Portuguese giants have opened negotiations with the player’s representative as they plan a summer move for the 22-year-old.
The player’s agent, Thiago Ferro confirmed the talks were ongoing.
“Yes, we are talking to FC Porto,” Thiago Ferro told A Bola, while adding that the first contact happened little over a month ago.
“Everything will depend on the proposal that FC Porto put forward, and then we can talk to Corinthians, with whom Bruno has a contract.
”I believe that the business will take place, but we have to wait. For now, I can only say that Porto are interested.
“And if the proposal satisfies both the player and Corinthians, Bruno will join Porto.”
The attacking midfielder has been in impressive form for Corinthians last season, scoring no less than 14 goals after his arrival from Santo Andre.
