Portuguese giants FC Porto are weighing up summer bid for Sevilla striker Kevin Gameiro, according to France Football.
The Dragons expect to cash in on star forward Jackson Martinez in the summer and they see the Frenchman as a very good replacement.
Porto officials have informed Sevilla of their interest in Gameiro and asked them to name their asking price.
The Dragons are not the only top side keen on the Frenchman, with the likes of Newcastle, Southampton and Marseille also showing interest.
Kevin Gameiro has been playing second fiddle to Carlos Bacca for two years now, but his goalscoring record at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan is thoroughly impressive considering the amount of time spent on the pitch.
The 28-year-old has scored a total of 38 goals in just 44 competitive starts, but he might decide to leave los Rojiblancos in search of regular first team football at the end of the current campaign.
