According to a recent report from A Bola, Porto have lowered the asking price for defender Alex Telles to €20 million.
The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a move away from the Portuguese champions in recent months, with the leading contenders for his signature being Manchester United. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate to try and add some more defensive structure into his squad, especially as the club prepares to try and make another push for the top four – and potentially even beyond that.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have also been linked with Telles, which is hardly surprising given their connection to Portugal, but they seem to have fallen out of the conversation in recent weeks.
United are in the driving seat and while that fee is certainly within reason when you consider what they’ve paid for players before, it all comes down to how much of a priority Telles actually is for the club.
