Competition: Confederations Cup
Market: Portugal to win against Chile
Odds: 29/20 @ Bet 365

Portugal square off with Chile in the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup at the Kazan Arena this evening, and are favourites to come out on top given their superior form in the last month, coupled with their impressive run in the tournament this summer. Potentially the final is just 90 minutes away and just one moment could make all the difference.

Euro 2016 winners Portugal booked their place in the semi-final of the Confederations Cup after topping Group A with seven points from three games. After drawing their opener to eventual runners-up Mexico, Fernando Santos’ side won back-to-back against Russia and New Zealand without conceding a goal and go into tonight’s game with confidence of reaching the final.

As for Chile, Juan Antonio Pizzi’s side finished second in Group B, having followed up a win against Cameroon with two draws against Germany and Australia. The Copa America winners have picked up just one victory in their previous five in all competitions ahead of this evening’s meeting at the Kazan Arena and could well come unstuck as a result.

Bet 365 are giving odds of 29/20 for Portugal to win against Chile in 90 minutes tonight to reach the final of the Confederations Cup.
