Poulsen wants Juventus stay

Tottenham target Christian Poulsen is keen on staying at Juventus, according to his agent.

Poulsen has failed to impress at Juventus following his £8.5million move from Sevilla last summer.

Reports at the start of May suggested that Poulsen could be set to leave Juventus after just one season with the Italian side.

Poulsen’s agent Joern Bonnesen told Calcio Mercato: “There is no further news on Christian’s future, except the fact that he wants continue his adventure in Turin.”

He continued: “I was in Turin a few days ago and I spoke with Christian. He told me he is very well, both with fellow team-mates, with the coach and the whole environment, and so has no intention to leave.”

Bonnesen added: “The club? I do not know, we haven’t spoken. It was only a private conversation between Christian and me.”
