Premier League clubs in fight for Bakayoko

A host of Premier League clubs are eyeing a move for Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, according to Talksport.

Manchester United and Southampton have been keeping an eye on the twenty-two year old and now fellow English top flight outfits Stoke City, West Bromwich Albion and champions Leicester City have also thrown their hat into the ring.

Serie A duo AC Milan and Juventus are also interesting in securing the Frenchman’s services.

Since signing for Monaco from fellow Ligue 1 outfit Rennes Bakayoko has racked up thirty-six league appearances, scoring the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Nice back in February while he also netted in a cup defeat to Sochaux days later.

Internationally, he has represented his country at every level from U16 to U21, making ten appearances for the latter.

He played as Monaco drew with Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League on Tuesday afternoon.
