A number of top Premier League clubs are keeping close tabs on Monaco youngster Ruben Vinagre, according to Record.
The 17-year-old has yet to be handed his first team debut at Stade Louis II, but he has largely impressed playing for Portugal at the Under-17 European Championship in Azerbaijan.
Vinagre started five games at the tournament finals as the Selecao went on to claim the coveted title, catching the eye of quite a few top clubs in the process.
And seeing that he is currently not in the first team plans of Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim, the talented midfielder could be on the move in the final week of the summer transfer window.
Record claims that Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City are all hot on his trail, while top clubs from Portugal are keen as well.
Ruben Vinagre had come through Sporting CP’s famous youth academy, but he eventually decided to sign his first professional contract with Monaco.
