Portuguese daily newspaper Record has suggested that a number of Premiership sides are showing interest in Sporting CP captain Adrien Silva.
The 28-year-old seems ready to quit Estadio Jose Alvalade after 15 years and it is unlikely that the club chiefs will stand in his way.
New Watford manager Marco Silva is keen on bringing the experienced midfielder to Vicarage Road, but he is not quite prepared to match a €13 million asking price.
At the same time, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have also been casting admiring glances towards Adrien Silva, and it would appear as though English Premier League could be his next destination.
The highly rated footballer has been one of club’s star performers for several years now, and he has 38 goals and 19 assists in 232 competitive appearances for the Lions.
Adrien Silva also started four games as Portugal went to claim the Euro 2016 trophy in France.
