English Premier League football will resume on Saturday, March 24, with eight fixtures on the matchday schedule.
Due to the fact that there are eight fixtures on Saturday, I’ll be providing betting odds, and lighting quick previews and predictions.

Bet of the Day: Wigan Athletic draw with Liverpool at Anfield (9/2).
Preview: Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur
Out-of-form Tottenham Hotspur travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea. who have won four of their last five games since Roberto Di Matteo took over the club, on Saturday, March 24.
The reverse fixture at White Hart Lane ended in a 1-1 draw, but with both teams needing three points, I doubt Saturday’s will end on level terms.
Prediction: 2-1 Blues.
Preview: Arsenal v Aston Villa
Alex McLeish and Villa are headed to north London to take on Arsene Wenger’s resurgent Arsenal side on Saturday.
The Gunners have leapfrogged Spurs for third place, but can’t afford any hiccups, especially against Aston Villa, “The Kings of the Draw”, at the Emirates.
Prediction: 3-0 Gunners.
Preview: Bolton Wanderers v Blackburn Rovers
Blackburn Rovers travel to Bolton to looking to bury Wanderers’ 2012-13 Premier League aspirations.
This is a must-win game for Bolton, who would be 9 points behind Blackburn if they lost at home on Saturday.
Prediction: 1-0 Bolton.
Preview: Liverpool v Wigan Athletic
Fresh off blowing a 2-0 lead with just 13 minutes to play against Queens Park Rangers, Liverpool host Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
Prediction: Expect the same result as the reverse fixture, 0-0 draw.
Preview: Norwich City v Wolverhampton Wanders
Struggling Wolverhampton Wanderers travel to Carrow Road to take on Premier League newcomers Norwich City on Saturday.
Norwich are pretty good at home, posting a 5-5-4 record at Carrow Road, while Wolves are not very good away, 2-5-7, or even at home, 3-2-10, to be perfectly honest.
Prediction: 3-0 Canaries.
Preview: Sunderland v Queens Park Rangers
QPR will look to keep their momentum going from their inspiring comeback versus Liverpool when they battle Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.
Once again, the home side — Sunderland — have a decent home record, 6-4-4, while the visitors — QPR — have a dismal away record, 3-2-9.
Prediction: 2-1 Black Cats.
Preview: Swansea City v Everton
David Moyes’ Everton travel to Liberty Stadium, Wales to take on Brendan Rodgers’ Swansea City on Saturday evening.
Swansea are currently eighth in the Premier League table, a remarkable achievement for a newly promoted side, and have posted an impressive record of 10-9-10 this season.
Prediction: Both sides earn a point, 1-1 draw.
Preview: Stoke City v Manchester City
Manchester City will look to go top of the table, putting the pressure on Manchester United to beat Fulham at Old Trafford on Monday, when they face Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.
Will City hand Stoke their fifth home league loss on Saturday? I think so.
Prediction: City cruise 3-0.
