PSG and Arsenal vying for Sissoko

Eurosport is reporting that Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal are hot on the trail of Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

The highly rated footballer has become a mainstay in the France national team, while also putting in some very good performances for the Magpies.

As a result, he was the subject of interest from PSG and Arsenal in the January window and the latest reports suggest the two clubs are ready to return for the 25-year-old next summer.

Newcastle are obviously hoping to keep hold of their star player, but chances are the Magpies would not be able to reject a big money offer for his services.

Sissoko may be ready to leave St James’ Park for greener pastures having joined almost two and a half years ago, and he has so far bagged 9 goals in 75 Premier League outings.

The midfielder should play a part when France host Brazil in an international friendly tonight, where les Bleus are 17/10 to emerge victorious.
