PSG confused by Coutinho move

According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain are said to be quite confused by Barcelona’s decision to loan Philippe Coutinho out to German giants Bayern Munich. The belief was that they would be able to use Coutinho in some kind of swap deal for Neymar, and now, any deal involving the Brazilian could be in a bit of danger.

Neymar has made it pretty clear that he wants to leave PSG sooner rather than later, with a return to the Nou Camp being his preferred destination. With that being said, Real Madrid are still weighing up their options, as they continue to flirt with the idea of signing him ahead of rivals Barca.

PSG serve as the key to all of this, and because of the money they spent on him, they wouldn’t be at all interested in a financial loss on the controversial forward. If a deal comes to fruition, it’s almost certainly going to be for an incredibly extravagant figure.
