PSG could be facing several departures next summer

Paris Saint-Germain have become the hegemon of the Ligue 1, winning trophies with ease and this year they are the only true favourite to clinch the league title. But the Champions League trophy has been not only eluding them, but also has remained quite far from their reach. Now it looks like the club could be failing to get any closer, especially if they lose the players they could.

According to Calciomercato, there are five PSG players that have their contracts well into the final year and the champions of France are at risk of losing Edinson Cavani, Julian Draxler, Thomas Meunier, Eric-Maxim Choupo[Moting and Layvin Kurzawa in the summer of 2020.

All of these players could end up running their contracts down in order to earn themselves new and better contacts at other clubs. Cavani has been linked with a move to MLS, Meunier and Draxler have been part of the conversation about Premier League move and in January all of these players could be able to negotiate pre-contracts with interested clubs.
