According to a recent report from France Football, Paris Saint-Germain will be attempting to complete the signing of Rennes star Eduardo Camavinga during either the January or summer transfer window. PSG have never been shy when it comes to putting all of their eggs in one basket, and when it comes to Camavinga, they’ve taken the necessary time to think things through as opposed to acting on impulse.
Camavinga put in a starring role for them earlier on in the season at the age of just 16, which clearly made a lasting impression. PSG tend to go for the more established names in the transfer window as a result of their overwhelming wealth, but if this comes to fruition, nobody can say that they don’t take a risk or two from time to time.
Whether or not Camavinga slots straight into the first team plans in the French capital remains to be seen.
