French daily newspaper L’Equipe claims that Paris Saint-Germain are stepping up their efforts to recruit Monaco midfielder Fabinho.
The Brazilian was one of several players who impressed on the road to the Ligue 1 trophy and he is widely expected to leave for greener pastures.
While Juventus and Manchester United are believed to be hot on his trail, latest reports suggest that Paris Saint-Germain have joined the chase as well.
The Saints look set to shake up their midfield options and they see Fabinho as a great potential addition to the squad.
But, while the Brazilian is happy to negotiate a switch to Parc des Princes, Monaco do not want to sell to direct rivals for the Ligue 1 trophy and they would rather the player moved abroad.
