French giants Paris Saint-Germain have expressed interest in signing Portuguese midfielder Danilo Pereira, France Football has claimed.
Former FC Porto chief Antero Henrique, now working as a sporting director for the Saints, is reportedly keen on getting reunited with the highly rated footballer at Parc des Princes.
He has established initial contact with the Dragons, asking about the possibility of recruiting the 25-year-old.
However, it is believed that FC Porto are not prepared to let their star player leave, as new head coach Sergio Conceicao sees Danilo as a key member of the side.
The central midfielder has impressed since joining the Dragons from Maritimo, going on to score 10 goals in 61 league outings.
