Paris Saint-Germain have informed interested sides that it would take €80 million to prize Marco Verratti away from Parc des Princes, according to Sport.
The Saints are determined to keep hold of their star player for as long as possible, but they are aware that the Italian footballer is considering his options.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to be leading the chase for the Italy international and the Catalans have been told that PSG want €80 million for their star man.
The La Liga champions believe that Verratti can prove an excellent long-term successor to veteran Andres Iniesta, who is not getting any younger.
As things stand now, the El Clasico rivals could be involved in a real bidding war for the Italian in the summer transfer window.
The two European powerhouses are also battling for the La Liga trophy, with Real Madrid 1/2 favourites for the title at the moment.
