According to a recent report from Le Parisien, Paris Saint-Germain could be prepared to speed up their plans to try and sign Juventus defender Mattia De Sciglio during the January transfer window. The general belief is that Abdou Diallo’s poor display against Dijon has led to them wanting to accelerate the plans, despite the fact that Juve probably wouldn’t want to fully commit to the transfer until next summer’s transfer window.
De Sciglio has been a player on PSG’s radar for quite some time now, and it appears as if this deal could finally be coming to fruition. The French champions have never been shy in going after players with everything they’ve got, but with Juventus, it all depends on whether or not they feel as if they’ve received the right price.
Given PSG’s resources, we can’t imagine the fee or the wages are going to be all too much of an issue.
