Arsenal are currently going through a rough patch concerning injuries suffered by their attacking players. Bukayo Saka, their star winger, has torn his hamstring, manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed, and Raheem Sterling, brought in on loan from Chelsea over the summer to provide cover for Saka, is out with a knee problem.
The Gunners will now consider their options as the winter transfer window draws close – whether to go into the market or rely on their current squad depth to overcome the situation.
One of the options they could take is signing Randal Kolo Muani. According to the Standard, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to offload the France international in January.
The 26-year-old attacker hasn’t really lived up to expectations at the Parc des Princes. He was expected to raise his game to a new level after Kylian Mbappe left for Real Madrid, but he’s so far started just two matches in Ligue 1 and the Champions League combined.
