Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer Arsenal full-back Gael Clichy a significant pay rise to make a switch to Parc des Princes, according to Provence.
The France international is reportedly pondering a summer exit as his contract is due to expire in year’s time and he has already been linked to a number of big European sides.
Arsene Wenger revealed last week that the club had enetered talks with Clichy regarding the new deal, but the full-back, nonetheless, looks set to leave.
Paris Saint-Germain are the latest club to have entered the race for the 25-year-old and they are ready to offer him a bumper deal in order to leave the Emirates this summer.
The French giants have recently been purchased by Qatar’s wealth fund with the new owners looking to invest heavily in the squad this summer.
