PSG to offload six first team players

Radio Monte Carlo is reporting that Paris Saint-Germain could offload up to six high-profile footballers in the summer.

The same source claims that former Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel is set to take over from Unai Emery and his first task would be to rebuild the playing squad.

The German coach reportedly plans to cash in on Edinson Cavani, Angel di Maria, Thomas Meunier, Layvin Kurzawa, Javier Pastore and Thiago Silva, and he has the backing of the club chiefs.

It is no secret that PSG need to raise considerable funds to avoid FIFA Fair Play sanctions and they expect to earn around €200 million from said sales.

Paris Saint-Germain recently clinched another Ligue 1 title, but yet again failed to reach the final stages of the Champions League, losing to Real Madrid in the last 16 stage.
