Reports in France are linking the 19-year-old Geovani Dos Santos with a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain. Le Parisien suggests that PSG president Charles Villeneuve was in England last weekend enquiring about the feasibility of such a move.

It could be that is a case of one-in-one-out at the Parc des Princes as Peguy Luyindula is strongly suspected to be on his way from the French capital this month. West Bromwich Albion are the side reputed to be leading the chase for the 29 year-old, who has played a key role in PSG’s cup runs this season but has featured only fleetingly in the league.

Baggies boss Tony Mowbray was loathe to entirely dismiss these rumours in an interview with BBC Radio WM today. “I think Luyindula is a player who’s been mentioned with a few different clubs,” he said. “I think it’s probably coming more from Paris who are looking to maybe move him on, but he’s a player we’ve talked about and looked at.”
