Paris Saint-Germain forward Nene is nearing the January exit, according to Le Parisien.
The Brazilian has just over six months left on his deal at Parc des Princes, and it looks as though he won’t be signing a contract extension.
After clashing with coach Carlo Ancelotti, the 31-year-old was dropped from the squad for matches against Evian and Valenciennes, sparking speculations linking him with a January move away from the club.
Le Parisien understands that a return to Brazil is the most likely option, with Cruzeiro, Santos and Corinthians all keen on the forward.
Nene even admitted last month that he would like to return to Brazil in order to be closer to his family.
After impressing in his first two seasons at the club, scoring 35 goals in 70 Ligue 1 matches, the Brazilian only made 9 league appearances this season, scoring one goal in the process.
