Eredivisie giants PSV Eindhoven have confirmed their interest in AZ Alkmaar midfielder Nemanja Gudelj.
The Dutch giants will see several star players leave next summer, with Georginio Wijnaldum, Memphis Depay and Jetro Willems all linked with moves away from the club.
As a result, the Phillips Stadium outfit are in the market for reinforcements and AZ Alkmaar hotshot Nemanja Gudelj appears to be the first name on their wish list.
“Nemanja Gudelj tops the list of PSV as he has everything it takes: Age, physique, quality,” PSV Eindhoven scout Paul Post told Voetbal International.
The Serbian midfielder has been one of AZ’s star performers this season, notching 8 goals in 26 Eredivisie outings.
He has caught the eye of top European clubs in the process and is widely expected to leave Alkmaar for greener pastures at the end of the season.
His suitors PSV Eindhoven have opened up an 11-point lead at the Eredivisie summit and are available at 7/25 to see off Groningen next time out.
