PSV Eindhoven are set to make a move on Benfica midfielder Filip Djuricic, according to Record.
The Serbian footballer has been deemed surplus to requirements at Estadio da Luz after returning from a loan spell at Southampton and the Eagles are looking to offload him at the earliest opportunity.
They have so far received two transfer offers for his services from Italy and Germany, but these did not match their valuation of the player.
According to the latest reports, Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven seem prepared to offer Djuricic an escape route from Lisbon.
Namely, the Phillips Arena outfit plan to sign the Serbia international on a season-long loan and they are ready to cover the player’s wage bill in full.
Filip Djuricic, 23, would probably be delighted to try and kick-start his career in Dutch Eredivisie, seeing as it was there where he made a name for himself thanks to some scintillating performances for Heerenveen.
