The Dutch top clash between FC Twente and PSV Eindhoven ended undecided for the fifth consecutive time, and Twente will be the unhappier side following this result.

Close to 24,000 fans saw how Douglas put the home side ahead on 19 minutes but Twente’s advantage wouldn’t last long as Balazs Dzsudzsak equalised six minutes later.

Twente were the better side throughout most of the game and were more entitled to the win than their opponents. However, Steve McClaren’s men failed to get another past PSV keeper Isaksson.

FC Utrecht moved into second place thanks to a 1-0 win over Willem II. The only goal came from Francis Dickoh in the 39th minute. Only leaders Ajax and Utrecht have managed to earn six points from their first two games.
