Dutch Eredivisie outfit PSV Eindhoven are considering a summer bid for Benfica winger Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez, O Jogo has suggested.
The Phillips Arena outfit are locked in the battle with bitter rivals Ajax for the league trophy, but they are also thinking about summer reinforcements.
According to reports from Portugal, PSV have made Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez one of their primary targets in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old has a deal until June 2019 at Estadio da Luz and a €30 million release clause, but he could be available for sale this summer.
Despite showing a great deal of potential in his debut season, Carcela-Gonzalez has failed to nail down a regular starting berth and it is believed the Eagles would consider offers in the region of €8 million.
Having spent just over 700 minutes on the pitch in league matches this season, the winger boasts a very good record of 2 goals and 6 assists.
