PSV Eindhoven midfielder Atiba Hutchinson has revealed that he plans to leave the Dutch giants at the end of the season.
Hutchinson, 29, has developed into an important member of the squad since arriving from FC Copenhagen, despite being often used as a right-back.
The Canada international has entered the final year of his deal at Philips Stadion, but plans to reject a two-year contract extension.
“I will be thirty in February and I want one last adventure,” Hutchinson told Voetbal International. “I will be available on a free transfer, so this is the right time.”
Hutchinson admits that a move to English Premier League would be too good to refuse.
“If something from this beautiful country comes along, I will not think twice.”
Atiba Hutchinson began his professional career in Canada, but it was in Scandinavia that he made a name for himself.
Following spells with Swedish clubs Oster and Helsingborg, the midfielder moved to FC Copenhagen in 2006 and enjoyed a lot of success during the four years at the club.
Since joining PSV Eindhoven, the experienced midfielder has made 62 Eredivisie appearances for the club, scoring 4 goals in the process.
