Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema is being closely watched by three European sides keen to launch an attack of the French forward this summer.
Spanish news outlet AS has learned that Arsenal, Inter Milan and AC Milan have found themselves locked in the battle for the 29-year-old French international who could be allowed to leave Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season, especially if Los Blancos to intensify their pursuit of Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
Premier League club Arsenal have long been linked with the Real Madrid man, whereas the Italian fallen giants – Inter Milan and AC Milan – now have the necessary financial backing to execute daring transfer plans.
Their chase of Karim Benzema is unlikely to be successful however as both clubs for Milan are set to miss out on a place in Europe next season, which would definitely be a determining factor to Karim Benzema is he is to start looking for a new destination.
The same problem could ruin Arsenal’s chances as well since Gunners are currently sitting sixth in the season, seven points adrift of the Champions League spot.
