RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita has been the subject of heavy interest from abroad, according to Bild.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed an excellent start to his career in Germany having arrived from Red Bill Salzburg, scoring 8 goals in 28 league appearances.
This has seen clubs like Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain cast admiring glances his way, so chances are there will be some concrete offers arriving soon.
The good news is that Keita’s release clause will only come into effect in a year’s time, while RB Leipzig officials are trying to persuade the midfielder to extend his deal.
The Bundesliga high-flyers plan to make the Guinean footballer their highest paid player by offering him a yearly wage of €4.5 million and with Champions League qualification having been secured, they hope that will prove sufficient to keep Keita at the club at least for another season.
