AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan could be leaving Stadio Olimpico in the January transfer window, Il Corriere dello Sport can reveal.
The Belgian footballer was on the verge of joining Chelsea in the summer, but he eventually decided to remain with the Giallorossi.
However, the situation has changed since as AS Roma are not ready to match his high wage demands, and they could have no choice but to cash in on the midfielder in January.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is eager to bring Nainggolan to Stamford Bridge with the Blues ready to offer the player a contract worth €6 million per campaign.
While the Blues were prepared to pay €40 million for the Belgium international in the summer, they will attempt to agree a cut price deal in light of latest developments.
Inter Milan were also keen on Radja Nainggolan, but they eventually made a move for Joao Mario after finding out that the Belgian would not be leaving.
