Hellas Verona are back in Serie A and the club from the city of Romeo and Juliet is preparing for their life in top flight. Obviously, the team will want to remain in the elite tier of Italian football and for that they will need reinforcements. Boris Radunovic could be one of them.
Serbian goalkeeper is close to joining Hellas Verona on a season-long loan from Atalanta, according to Gazetta dello Sport. The Italian media claim that the 22-year-old will be leaving Atalanta on loan once again, as Radunovic is edging closer to his fourth loan at the fourth different club.
However, this time this would be a step up, as Radunovic was previously loaned to three Serie B clubs – Avellino, Salernitana and Cremonese. Radunovic was Serbia’s number one choice in goal during the UEFA Under-21 Euros and despite conceding eight goals in two matches, he had a couple of good performances.
